My vision is to help clients manage and balance their health holistically using Reflexology & Reiki.
I offer reflexology and reiki treatments from my home therapy room in Maidstone, Kent. My therapy room is a calm, space for you to feel safe and able to relax.
I’m passionate about how reflexology and reiki can help to promote a sense of well-being.
Having worked in the NHS for many years, my nurse experience in cancer care and lymphoedema knowledge means that I am perfectly placed to offer Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage.
I also enjoy using specialist maternity reflexology techniques to help to support pregnant women to prepare for labour and birth.
I can provide Reflexology for perimenopause and menopause, this brilliant therapy can help to support women through this natural process and advance into their next phase of life.

About Anne-Marie
I’m a retired Registered Nurse with a First Class Honours Degree in Cancer Nursing. I’ve worked as Cancer Care Nurse, Chemotherapy Nurse, and Oncology Research Nurse.
I am a former NHS Specialist Lymphoedema Practitioner and have worked with clients who have primary lymphoedema, secondary lymphoedema & lipoedema and I’m trained in Fluoroscopy Guided Medical Lymphatic Drainage (FG-MLD).
I was inspired to train as a reflexologist and to undertake additional training in Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage (RLD), by the work of Sally Kay who has researched and published studies evidencing the reduction of limb volumes using this technique.
Through treating pregnant clients, I was encouraged to undertake additional training in pregnancy reflexology with Sally Earlam; this has broadened what I can offer to those preparing for childbirth.
Everything stops. Everything is so peaceful and still.
I completely lose myself in it.
It is the best thing I do for myself
And I just love it.
